Payment
- Bookings must be paid in full to confirm the registration.
- Registration must be completed through our official website.
- To ensure the early bird discount, you must complete the booking before the deadline.
- We accept various payment options, including credit cards, direct bank transfers, American Express, e-Transfer, etc.
- After successfully completing registration, an invitation letter will be sent within 5 business days.
- Any mistake or minor correction on the invitation letter will cost US$50.
Cancelation and Return
We do not offer options for canceling your registration or any form of refund. All conference fees are nonrefundable and non-negotiable, so you cannot ask for a full or partial refund. However, depending on the situation, we will offer options to postpone or reschedule your event for the future.
Intellectual Properties
