Payment and Return Policies

Payment

Bookings must be paid in full to confirm the registration.
Registration must be completed through our official website.
To ensure the early bird discount, you must complete the booking before the deadline.
We accept various payment options, including credit cards, direct bank transfers, American Express, e-Transfer, etc.
After successfully completing registration, an invitation letter will be sent within 5 business days.
Any mistake or minor correction on the invitation letter will cost US$50.

Cancelation and Return

We do not offer options for canceling your registration or any form of refund. All conference fees are nonrefundable and non-negotiable, so you cannot ask for a full or partial refund. However, depending on the situation, we will offer options to postpone or reschedule your event for the future.

Intellectual Properties

All the content displayed on our website (www.africanbusinessconference.ca), including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other information, is the intellectual property of the African Business Conference. This includes copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property rights.
