Like any other conference or event, you need to go through a registration process to join the African Business Conference in Canada. We’ve made this registration process easy and convenient for all of our participants. Whether you are an author or listener, you can register for any of our conferences by following steps:

First of all, you have to select your preferred conference by browsing our official website. You’ll find all the information related to our conference, including conference topics, keynote speakers, and venues, on the website. Select your preferred conference from the list of our upcoming African business conferences that suit your needs and preferences.

Mode of participation 

After selecting the conference, you have to determine your participation level. If you want to present your research paper, you have to register as an author. On the other hand, if you are participating as a listener, you have to register as an ordinary participant. The next step is submitting an author paper; you can skip the process if you have no intention of participating in an oral presentation.

Submit Author Paper 

In this step, you must submit your author paper using the author paper submission option on our website. This paper must match our academic standards and criteria set by the conference committee. We have a team of professional reviewers who will conduct a double-blinded peer review to evaluate your paper. So, ensure all your papers meet our standards and guidelines.

Complete Registration 

Whether you participate as an author or general listener, you need to fill out the registration form to secure your spot. Here, you’ll have to put your personal information, such as name, address, designation, contact information, and payment details. Once you complete the form and make the necessary payment, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about the conference.

Get Invitation Letter

After reviewing all the information you used to register for your conference, we’ll send an official invitation letter through your mail within 5 working days. This letter includes all the details such as topic, date, and venue of the conference. Taking this letter while applying for your conference visa might add extra value. So, you need to keep it secure with your travel itinerary.

Attend the Conference

Finally, after receiving the invitation letter, you are officially invited to attend the African business conference in Canada. With all the necessary arrangements in place, you can now proceed with your travel plans. Ensure that you have all required documents, including the invitation letter, travel itinerary, and any other relevant documents for your journey.
