Notarized Invitation Letter
Your journey to the African business conference in Canada should be smooth and hassle-free. That’s why we come with the service like a notarized invitation letter to make your journey smooth. This might not help you get the visa overnight, but it will add value to your visa documents. Such a letter works as a formal document that verifies the purpose of your journey and might increase the chance of getting a visa.
Notary Public of African Business Conference
We are proud to have Mr. John O’Fee as our official notary public, who will conduct all the notary tasks required by participants. As a British Columbia lawyer and legal practitioner, he is a highly qualified and experienced notary public. To receive your notarized invitation letter, you have to pay an additional $100, along with your registration fee.
Terms of Notarized Invitation Service
We have made our services transparent and clear for everyone. Before taking the notarized invitation letter service, you are requested to read our terms of service. Here are the terms of service you need to agree with:
Voluntary Service
The notarizing service of the African Business Conference is not part of the conference registration process. We provide the service based on the demands of international attendees while they apply for conference visas. So, it’s not mandatory to have this service to attend an upcoming African business conference in Canada.
No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Participants from other countries can have this letter to add value on their visa application papers. But it doesn’t guarantee they will have a visa for sure. Whether your visa gets approved or rejected, it completely depends on the embassy or consulate.
Non-refundable Service
The US$100 fee you pay for the notarized service is fixed and non-refundable. Even if your visa application doesn’t get approved, no return will be made from the African Business Conference. So, you have to get the service considering the fact that it’s a non-negotiable service.
Acceptance of Terms
Your request for a notarized invitation letter ensures your consent and agreement to these terms. So, before having a notarization service, you are requested to read the terms of services we outlined on this page. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we request not to have this service.
Amendments to Terms
African Business Conference holds all the rights to change, modify, and alter the terms of services without any notice. We also have the right to terminate this agreement or any related services at any time, with or without cause. Your continued use of services ensures your agreement to all the terms.
As we continuously update our terms of service, you are requested to get yourself updated with these terms. If you have any questions regarding our terms of service, you can contact us at contact@africanbusinessconference.ca
